The ice roller helps to close the pours and tight skin. It’s also like a cold massage for the face. This is especially soothing during summer months when our skin is hyper exposed to heat and sun.
Fill with spring water through whole on top end snd freeze for 5-8hrs or overnight. Gently detach top layer to expose one half of the ice. You may need to run water along the crease in case there is frost where it is supposed to detach.
Rub the ice roller gently along the face in gentle massaging motions. Use this for 3-8 minutes, stopping as needed when skin is sensitive.
You can add extras to the water before freezing to provide extra qualities the water, like match powder, oatmeal powder, fresh fruit (like lemon), etc.
